Biography:

Serpentor is a major antagonist in the G.I. Joe animated series. He was first introduced in the five-part mini-series "G.I. Joe: Arise, Serpentor, Arise!" in 1986.

Created by Doctor Mindbender, Serpentor is a synthetic being designed to be the ultimate Cobra leader. His DNA was a mixture of historical warlords and military geniuses.

Serpentor's personality is arrogant, ruthless, and power-hungry. He believes himself to be superior to all others and constantly demands obedience.

His main objective is global domination, and he often clashes with Cobra Commander for leadership of the Cobra organization.
